The cofounders previously founded Halp, a Slack-based helpdesk used by Slack, OpenAI, Pinterest, and DoorDash. Halp was acquired by Atlassian in 2020, and the core technology now powers chat-based tickets for millions of conversations in Jira.

Fletcher Richman

Former Co-founder & CEO of Halp. Led product for Confluence (~$700M ARR), launching Atlassian's AI-powered editor to 10M users. Avid surfer so he knows how to ride a wave.

Komran Rashidov

Former Co-founder & CTO of Halp. Built the first AI agent for IT at Atlassian. His girlfriend is a ballerina so he can dance with the best.

Alex Campbell

Built ML systems to detect harmful content for billions of users at Twitter and Facebook. Has been shipping AI/ML-powered products his whole career. Brief stint as a chef, so he has great taste.
